Extra Bedrooms and Pricing
If clientele require an extra bedroom(s), 3 more will almost always be ready and
available in LS(3).
- LS(3) “middle level” guest room: one large upscale “queen-sized” bedroom
featuring hardwood flooring, cedar walls & ceiling, and a superb ensuite
(quality bedding, towels, soaps, shampoos, etc. provided)
- LS(3) “upper level" guest rooms: 2 comfortable “double-sized” bedrooms featuring
hardwood flooring and Canadiana decor. One has a sink/mirror. Conveniently located
between the 2, is a modern full bathroom with cedar walls & ceiling, and a funky
red bath/shower.
Access From LS(2): By a short pathway to the back main
entrance, thereby precluding related LS(1) privacy concerns. Or, through the
garage and up the stairs into LS(3) between the laundry room and the LS(1) rear
entrance door.
Restriction:
Clients using the extra bedrooms may use them, and their respective bathrooms,
“quietly” anytime at will. However, people are asked not to use the other fully
furnished upstairs rooms or decks. Instead, all socializing/entertaining, and
cooking, must be done in the facility they are associated with.
Privacy & Security: If additional accommodation in
LS(3) is not required by resident LS(1)&(2) tenants, these rooms will
not be otherwise rented by management.
If owner-couple are in residence, guests simply come & go as they please,
without question or knocking; it works very well. We do try to be away as
much as possible.
Last-Minute Requirement: Need a last-minute
extra bedroom and management is unreachable? These rooms are obvious and easy
to locate. Use as required; make yourself at home. Advise later/pay later.

they only pay the “Extra Bedroom Chart Rate” above. They do not additionally pay
the 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th person rate associated with the “LS(2) Rental Rate” pricing
chart.
Conversely, if an extra person(s), or guest(s), choose to overnight
in the LS(2) cottage they are associated with, they would then only pay the “3rd, 4th,
5th or 6th person rate” included in the “LS(2) Rental Rate” pricing chart.
