Minimum Rental Period:
- Weekly: from mid-June until mid-September
- Weekly: from 1 November until 1 May
- Open (as per Price Chart): Mid Sept to 1 Nov and 1 May to mid June
Note: Minimum rental periods outside of high seasons may be circumstantial for us
and can be discussed. LakeSide high seasonis mid-June until mid-Sept and Christmas &
New Years week.
LS(3) Capacity: Maximum of 8 in LS(3)'s 4 bedrooms.

Deposit & Balance:
2 cheques mailed together to confirm reservation
- One currently dated for 50%
- One post dated 3 weeks prior to booking start date for remaining 50%.
Refund: - >3 weeks before rental start date: 90% of total cost

- <3 weeks: we’ll try to work out something fair, minus expenses.
No guarantees.
Damage Deposit: No requirement for one to date, which reflects tenant quality.
