• Imagine, 25ft (8m) high, beamed, western cedar, cathedral ceiling in the Great Room, with a stunning stone fireplace and wood stove at opposite ends, and giant African masks, exotic Zimbabwean stone carvings, and Botswana baskets for back drop decor!



• Imagine, from near floor to ceiling, 50ft (16.5m) of side-by-side panoramic windows and patio doors, overlooking a gorgeous lakefront. Absolutely no development on the opposite side of the lake and no neighbouring cottages to be seen from the inside either!! Imagine, LS(3) is so open concept that this view can be seen from everywhere on the main level (including the kitchen & dining room), and from the 36ft (12m) upstairs balcony overlooking the Great Room



• Imagine, a “cottagey” colourful heated Indian stone floor so beautiful, yet you really don’t instinctively feel compelled to remove your shoes at the door; (exactly what we wanted!!)



• Imagine, BBQing “inside” (always in the light & never in the rain) in a “nautical” themed 3-season porch!! Additional features here include a giant California woodburning fireplace, western cedar walls & ceiling, and a panoramic view of the lake and a side woodlot



• Imagine, drifting off to sleep in the master bedroom with real bamboo covering a 15’ (5m) high cathedral ceiling. Imagine beautiful African art & crafts decorating the walls and a tall cute giraffe watching over from the head of the bed!! Also imagine, 15’ (5m) of panoramic glass overlooking the lake, or a starry sky, either from the walk-out balcony or while drifting off to sleep in your very comfy "African themed" queen-size bed!!



• Imagine, a master bedroom ensuite that can also make you forget the real world for a while! A perfect “south-sea” blue and green tile floor to compliment a “tropical sea-shore” theme - to dream in. It features a very colourful, “hotel-size”, tropical fish mural (exactly what you would see when snorkeling)!! Patio doors (filmed for privacy) onto a 16’ (5m) balcony overlooking a beautiful perennial rock garden. Imagine a gorgeous light green glass walk-in shower with 3 (grohe) shower heads, or a relaxing bath in a deep claw-foot tub! Abounding are beautiful sea shells, driftwood, and wooden crocodiles eyeing a Sri Lankan pole fisherman etc.



• Imagine, following new recipes in a beautiful, very spacious, and fully equipped kitchen while following the “food network” on the kitchen TV (housed in a slide-out hide-away cupboard). • LakeSide(2) - smaller, cozy, "typical Canadian cottage" located privately next door on a neighbouring 1 acre lot; and
• LakeSide(3) - middle & upper levels LS(1) of big grey cottage above

Important:For privacy reasons, both LS(1)&(3) will never be rented at the same time to 2 different client situations. In other words, either the 2 upper levels will be rented, or the ground level suite will be rented, not both together (unless by the same client).
