Exterior:
Cozy Cottage is located on a one-acre treed lot and is completely private, self contained and fully equipped with easy parking near the door. Situated on a beautiful stone outcropping overlooking the lake, access to the water is down a wide, shaded, well manicured garden path where one can spot various types of birds in the trees and chipmunks scurrying about. The BBQ is located on the large, wrap-around covered deck overlooking the lake so dinner doesn't have to wait for cocktail hour to finish. A canopy covers the dining area however nearby trees allow you to pick and choose your sunny and shady spots “naturally”.

Interior:
Very “typical” Canadian cottage featuring main floor Master and fun Loft bedroom. panoramic views of the lake and picturesque mountain valley. The Nature Reserve on the far side of lake provides an undisturbed and uninhabited countryside.

A quaint, antique wood stove provides soft warmth and a cozy atmosphere. Cottagey pine walls throughout the cottage, including the living room cathedral ceiling create a rustic, yet comfortable decor. The cottage is fully furnished with up-to-date tastefully furnishings & attractively decorated.

While most of our Cozy Cottage guests are couples, there is a single and double bed in the loft. The main floor MBR has an excellent quality queen bed.

Free access to quality washer/dryer/iron & board, is included as are all soaps, shampoo, kleenex, paper towels and other sundries. You need only to bring food, some toiletries, reading material, golf clubs, fishing gear, & laptop (yes, there is wireless internet access as well).

"What a wonderful & peaceful spot where we could just relax, sleep in and get caught up on our reading. Really enjoyed all the critters: the hummingbirds, the two chipmunks (the nervy one and the cardey-cat) all the birds. The piece de resistance - the two deer that went swimming by the dock. Given the cool temperatures, had a great time building fires in the wood stove & roasting marshmallows. We hope to come back some time." Lorraine & Linda
